This project involves the structural design of a service building within the Jarallah Compound. The service building is designed using a reinforced concrete frame system, with slabs, beams, and columns carefully placed for optimal load distribution and structural integrity. The foundation system is designed based on the site’s soil conditions, with either isolated footings or a slab-on-grade approach. The design incorporates functional spaces for utilities and maintenance services while ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with local building codes. Special attention is given to the building’s resistance to environmental conditions typical of Riyadh.
