This project focuses on the structural design of a guest villa within the Jarallah Compound in Riyadh. The villa is designed with a reinforced concrete frame system, including columns, beams, and slabs, to ensure stability and strength. The foundation is designed based on site-specific soil conditions, using isolated footings or a slab-on-grade system. Shear walls are incorporated for lateral load resistance, considering the region's wind and seismic conditions. The design aims to deliver both structural safety and comfort while complementing the aesthetic features of the villa and adhering to local building codes.
