This project involves the architectural and structural design of a house extension in Kashmir, Pakistan. The architectural design blends the new extension with the existing house style, ensuring functionality, natural lighting, and climate responsiveness. Structurally, reinforced concrete is used for the new elements, with careful integration into the existing structure. Load-bearing walls and RC slabs are designed to handle additional loads while considering seismic activity in the region. The design respects local building practices and ensures stability, comfort, and harmony with the surrounding environment.
