تفاصيل المشروع : Development of East Port Said Smart Industrial Zone (Construction & infrastructure of 16 Million Square meter)
The project Contains a complete infrastructure works such as Roads, Water, Waste water & Irrigation networks.
Also it contains Waste Water treatment plane, Water treatment Plan, Neric Factory (manufacture of trains), steel Factories-workshops, Steel administration building, Soil improvement & Landscape.

وصف المشروع :
1- Supervise / oversee the execution of Infrastruction & geotechnical works including soil improvement with PVD (prefabricated vertical drain), reinforced geogrid layers, geotextile layer, structural fill, stone piles, interlocking roads & sidewalk, HDPE & CHDPE water, sewerage & fire fighting networks, electrical substations, water tankes, medium voltage cables, low voltage cable.
2- إعداد ومناقشة النموذج المالي السنوي مع الإدارة العليا لتحديد الميزانية السنوية للشركة.
3- Communicate with contractors/bidders, prepare tender packages (drawings, specs. B.O.Q, contract agreements), compare bidders financial & Technical offers & negotiate with them and get best & final offer.
4- Review & approve project time schedules and ensure they comply with company goals & budget (cash in/out).
5- Monitor all contracts & ensure they are on planned time schedules, make periodically meeting with contractors & consultants to follow up projects, discuss obstacles & solutions, and report obstacles, solutions & lessons learned to upper management.
6- Advise & give technical support to company team, contractors & consultants, & attend technical meeting with all parties to make the right decisions technically & financially, attend meeting with design consultants and help to solve any obstacles .
7- Apply value engineering & cost control rules to lower company payments (cash in/out) and ensure to have the optimum quality & least maintenance cost during facility life time.
8- Review, revise & approve contractors’ payments, consultants’ invoices & all projects in progress, also apply any delay damages as per contracts agreements.
9- Assign & Approve additional works, Variation order & report them to upper management for financial approvals, and study there effects on company financial model and budget.
10- Close out projects / contracts , & handing projects to company according project specs.
& contract clauses, receive all technical data for maintenance (as built drawings, devices & equipments’ catalogs & guarantees, & etc).
11- Prepare close out report explaining project real cost, materials used, obstacles , solutions & lesson learned, and add these data to company data archive for future use / guide.
12- التواصل مع المقاول في حالة ظهور أي أوجه قصور في فترة ضمان المشروع النهائية.
13- Manage & operate company’ properties, facilities & equipments in Port Said, approve facilities maintenance plan, procurement plan, daily bills & obstacles.
14- الحرص على تطبيق سياسات الشركة وتحقيق أهدافها.
15- الترحيب بعملاء الشركة في بورسعيد، وعرض أراضي الشركة ومرافقها وخدماتها.
16- حضور اجتماع الإدارة مع جميع أقسام الشركة، للتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى والتأكد من أننا جميعًا على نفس الصفحة لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.
