Project Details : Infrastructure For East Port Said Industrial Area, Water network, Irrigation network, Forcemain & Sewer lsine up to 7.5m Depth & Inner Diameter up to 1800 mm, using Sheet Piles & Berlin wall as shoring.
Project Description :
1- Project Management
2- Execute the excavation purlin walls, with 12m depth HEA 400 piles & steel panels, soil improvement beneath pipe lines with geogrid and geotextile layers, structural fill, stone piles, gate valve rooms, air valve rooms, cleaning valve rooms, 1200 to 1600 HDPE pipes, corrugated HDPE pipes 600 mm to 1200mm for lighter weight sewerage pipes & corrugated HDPE manholes.
3- Plan site temporary roads / traffic follow, and establish project mobilization & coordinate with concrete supplier the installation of batch planet.
4- Determine all required equipment types, models and their start & finish date to work on site 3- Attend meetings in company head office to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
5- Participate in the initiation phase of the project, review project drawing & documents to determine project risks, and study site location, materials suppliers and prices, negotiate project prices and help in bedding processes till sign the contract.
6- Review and take approval for shopdrawing, and get Consultant's Approval for all technical documents such as TD, SD, RFI, MR, MIR, ETC….
.
7- Attend meetings in company head office to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
8- Attend weekly meeting with Dar, Army representative, and other parties to discuss project miles stones, progress of the project, & obstacles.
9- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques 10- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques 11- Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials, hire of equipments and manage staff for the project.
12- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
13- Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.
14- Check design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers.
15- Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed.
16- Approve daily and monthly reports.
17- Coordinate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others parties involved in the project.
18- Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
