The project involves the structural design of Firouz Tower, a 12-story high-rise building supported on a pile foundation system. The design considers reinforced concrete as the primary structural material, with shear walls and moment-resisting frames to ensure stability under both gravity and lateral loads. The foundation is designed on deep bored piles due to soil conditions, ensuring safe load transfer. Wind and seismic loads are addressed as per relevant codes using ETABS for analysis and SAFE for foundation modeling. The structure is optimized for strength, serviceability, and cost efficiency.
