Responsibilities
1- Overseeing/audit of all construction and infrastructure works, such as 39 college RC buildings & finishes, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, power plant, roads (including Hilly roads), water, sewer & storm water network.
As well water tanks, overhead tank, septic tank and retaining walls on mountain area in Kashmir, Pakistan for King AbduAllah university in Muzafferabad.
2- Coordination &Technical support for All the office projects on Muzafferabad, Bagh, Rawlakot, Mansirah and Abotabad.
3- Ensure that all test reports are verified to meet contract requirements.
4- Ensure that the quality of materials and installation of the work is in accordance with the quality plan identified for the project.
5- Follow up time schedules, and all permits needed from contractors, and ensure that they are in accoredance with contract agreement (FIDIC Contract), specifications and codes standards.
6- Review shop drawings, RFI & RFP prior to implementation.
7- Review & issue payments & variations order for approval from client.
8- Check all materials in site before installation and all tests for them.
9- Design of roads (including Hilly roads), water network, sewer network, storm water sewerage network, water tanks, overhead tank, septic tank and retaining walls on mountain area in Kashmir, Pakistan for King AbduAllah university in Muzafferabad, District Complex Bagh and District Complex Rawlakot.
10-Technical support for All the office projects on Bagh, Rawlakot, Mansirah and Abotabad.

5- Draw contour maps for a project in United States.
6- Design of 8 R.C villas in Raydah, K.S.A.
7- Make time schedule for siphon pipe line in Canada.
