Project Details
Project Description: Infrastructure & MEP works For Rabegh Power Plant, Water network, Irrigation network, Forcemain & Sewer line up to 7.5m Depth & Inner Diameter up to 800 mm, See water pipe lines, chemical networks, oily networks, RGS piple lines, Shallow area of seawater desalination plant pipe line of 2400mm GRP earth cables & Duct Banks
Responsibilities
1. Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
2. Make strategic decisions and provide leadership to project managers and teams.
3. Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
4. Monitor build progress, oversee finances, and ensure project quality standards are met.
5. Meet with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to report on project progress.
6. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and partners.
7. Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
8. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies throughout the project.
9. Coordinate and supervise project managers, helping them to lead their teams effectively.
10. Devise cost-effective plans and control project expenses.
11. Ensure permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.
12. Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
13. Participate in the recruitment and training of project staff.
14. Ensure proper documentation, evaluation, and closure of projects, recording lessons learned.
15. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce health and safety standards on sites.
