This article explores the design considerations for a seven-story car park that includes three lifts spanning from the basement to the top floor, along with public works components. Key Design Elements: Multi-Story Structure: The car park will feature seven levels, maximizing vertical space to accommodate a large number of vehicles. Each floor will be designed with optimal circulation patterns to ensure smooth traffic flow. Ramps Integration: To enhance accessibility, the car park will be equipped with three Ramps that connect all floors, facilitating easy access for both pedestrians and vehicles. Public Works Features: Incorporating public works elements such as drainage systems, lighting, and signage is crucial for safety and usability. These features will be seamlessly integrated into the design. Double-T Slabs: The construction will utilize Double-T slabs for the flooring of each level. These pre-stressed concrete slabs offer durability and efficient load distribution, making them ideal for multi-story structures.
