The project focuses on the structural design of Ibrahim Saleh’s private villa. The villa features a reinforced concrete frame system with slabs, beams, and columns carefully planned to support the architectural layout. The foundation consists of isolated footings, designed according to soil report findings. Structural elements are optimized for durability, safety, and efficient load transfer, while also considering aesthetic integration with the villa’s modern design. The structure follows local building codes and is designed to withstand both vertical and lateral loads, ensuring long-term stability and comfort.
