This project includes both the architectural and structural design of a 5-story residential building for Mr. Hany. Architecturally, the design focuses on maximizing space efficiency, natural lighting, and ventilation, with a modern façade and functional apartment layouts. Structurally, the building is designed using reinforced concrete frames with slabs and beams, incorporating shear walls for lateral stability. The foundation system consists of isolated footings, tailored to the site's soil conditions. The design complies with local building codes, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
