The design includes portal frames, bracing systems for lateral stability, and a lightweight roof cladding system with proper insulation and drainage. Architectural considerations ensure adequate ventilation, natural lighting through skylights, and functional access points like roller shutters and personnel doors. Coordination with MEP systems allows for seamless integration of lighting, power, and mechanical services, resulting in a high-performance, cost-effective workshop that meets operational and safety standards.
