4- Technical office engineer revise electrical, plumping, h.
vac, mechanical, architectural and structural drawings of projects.
5- Preparing bill of quantities and technical specification for items.
6- Design for 7 stories parking building in K.S. A.
7- Design for stadium in K.S.A.

Responsibilities
8- Supervision of Aramco Morouj compound (54 villas, recreation steel building, steel tower carrying water tank, gates building and pump room).
- Concrete and steel constructions paints, ceramic, marble, electrical, plumping, fire alarm, h.vac, isolation, carpentry and aluminum works.
- Infra structure works (water, sewage and irrigation networks, low current works and electrical installations).
- Roads and landscaping (roads, interlock, planting works).
9- Supervision on execution of steel and concrete constructions in ALhasaa.
10- Ensure that all test reports are verified to meet contract requirements.
11- Ensure that the quality of materials and installation of the work is in accordance with the quality plan identified for the project.
12- Follow up time schedules, and all permits needed from contractors, and ensure that they are in accordance with contract agreement.
13- Review shop drawings, RFI & RFP prior to implementation.
14- Review & issue payments & variations order for approval from client.
15- Check all materials in site before installation and all tests for them.
