Responsibilities
1- Execution of Alkhobar Gate tower (37 stories) includes three basements (post tension slab)
2- Making of time schedules for all projects (monthly updated).
3- Estimate Quantities of project' materials.
4- Draw & submit shop drawings of all civil works.
5- Locating all surveying points for the approval of consultant using Total Station.
6- Check all materials in site before installation and all tests for them.
7- Ensure that the quality of materials and installation of the work is in accordance with the quality plan identified for the project.
8- Design footing of the steel project structure.
9- Design piles footing of the tower crane.
3- Estimate Quantities of project' materials.
4- Draw & submit shop drawings of all civil works.
5- Locating all surveying points for the approval of consultant using Total Station.
