Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee daily operational activities across multiple projects, ensuring efficient execution, quality, and on-time delivery.
2. Provide strategic leadership, direction, and performance management to project managers and cross-functional teams.
3. Develop and monitor operational plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
4. Monitor operational performance, financial results, productivity, and quality metrics, implementing corrective actions when required.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and business partners to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and reducing operational costs.
7. Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity across all assigned operations.
8. Ensure full compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
9. Oversee and mentor project managers and department leaders, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high-performance teams.
10. Manage operational budgets, control expenditures, and implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining quality and performance standards.
11. Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure all permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements are secured in a timely manner.
12. Prepare and present operational performance reports, KPIs, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive management.
13. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.
14. Establish operational governance by ensuring proper documentation, performance evaluations, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
15. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence by ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all operations.
